Divyanka Tripathi, of Banoo Main Teri Dulhan , plays a simple, uneducated woman on the show, but in reality, she has very decided views on the industry. She says, with adequate political correctness, that "TV is the only medium where you get to mouth long dialogues, emote and yet retain the simplicity of the girl next door."

However, on the subject of generation leaps, she's more frank. "No, I am just not open to the idea of playing mother to someone who is as old as I am or even older to me. Please... never!"

It's true though..leaps spoil the story and concentrate on the next generation!! I want the spotlight to be only on vidya and sagar!! 😊 And serials don't do a good job on the makeup...they look the same as they were before...
