I really don't think neither Ankita nor Ankur will be able to love the child as their own but they shower their affection on that as it had saved their daughter from breaking down. And to compensate the love they might pamper the child with worldly luxury which may spoil the kid and on the other side, Surya's kid might curb the luck of this child and may not enjoy the life. As a whole, they will spoil both the kids life along with Bulbul's by donating one kid. Bulbul is a child now and with counseling, they can correct her but if they fulfill all her wishes (right or wrong) she will end up a loser and may not even able to accept a no from any angle.
