I'm starting with my much repeated sentence because I feel it's true. It's too early to tell yet.
Having said that, and the way it looks now, I would go with Arjun. Not just because his last couple of films haven't done well but because in an image and looks obsessed world of Bollywood he's letting himself go. It's as if he's lost interest too. But due to his family connections he could very well end up doing something as a producer or director. He won't be out of Bollywood entirely.I think the more interesting question would be who would be the first to drop down to supporting roles? Not that there is anything wrong with those. Some great performances have been by supporting cast. In that case than I would say Ayushman. It looks like he's talented but doesn't have that filmy hero appeal. Then again Bollywood is changing so he might become the king of small budget films and the critics' favorite.

Abhishek is a great actor IMO. He just made some bad choices. And had some bad luck. Who would have thought that an Ashotush Gowarikar or a Mani Ratnam film would do as badly as they did.

I agree Abhishek is a good actor what he lacks is passion and he's not good looking (will according to most). I personally find him good looking..same with Arjun. They both have the same problem. Maybe because they feel they don't need to work hard because they come from a filmi family.
Compare that to Varun. He's so passionate about his craft even though he comes from the filmi family. And he's successful. I find it weird that people actually find him good looking though..I find Arjun much better looking than Varun. Even. Abhi is better looking. Varun is too short for my taste. I still like him though don't get me wrong..just don't find him as good looking as some people.

I find Abhishek very good looking. When he's on the thinner side I think he has such nice eyes . Arjun just does not appeal to me. It's not that I think he has bad features separately but combined his face does nothing for me. I don't think Varun is good looking at all and I think to some extent he's probably aware of his physical shortcomings (pun intended here) and that's why he tries to be charming in interviews to compensate for it. He didn't bother me until Badlapur promotions and now for me personally his charm has worn off.
I also think people are jumping the gun by calling him the next big thing. Abhishek was called the next big thing after Yuva and well it didn't happen. It's still early enough and Varun can still screw it up especially by doing his father and brother's films.
