So Sanam has also "transformed" into Jannat, coz some man she met 5 minutes earlier called her by that name! So from now on, she is Jannat and she can do whatever she wants with this new man! She washed up in another country and now she can just "hook up" with anyone!

As an army officer it is Shaad's duty to try and find out who this women is and who her family is! Not use her coz she saw this so called "Shashi Kapoor". When Sanam finds out who she is, she will not be happy with tbia Shaad for letting her continue to beleive she is his wife, just coz she is important to his mission! If I were her, I would feel pretty used!

Shaad is actually worried she will remember her past and then forget Shashi Kapoor! So he doesn't want her to get her memory back! That is SO selfish! He is not really concerned for her well being, only for his mission! And people want to act like they are a real couple! Seriously!
