First of all the show won't survive even a month if kvb quits...and secondly he never quits a show in between so just chill he is not leaving...
and thirdly coming to this shaad guy...he is just a side character who is introduced to propagate a hardcore jealousy track...and fourthly nowhere it is written that his role is not a cameo...i think once this jealousy track is over he will go back to pakistan and never appear again...and fifthly nowhere it is mentioned that he is a "parallel lead"...this show has only two leads sj and Kvb...rest all are supporting characters...
