Deccan Chronicle | March 07, 2015, 17.03 pm IST

Mumbai: Shahid Kapoor, who recently commenced shooting for Udta Punjab' might just be heading into production. According to reports, the actor plans on co-producing a film with his good friend Mubina Rattonsey.

The duo had planned this project a couple of years ago with Shaitaan' director Bejoy Nambiar, who will helm the untitled film. However it failed to kick off for multiple reasons.

Bejoy confirmed the news and told 9XE, "Mubina, Shahid and I were supposed to do a project long time ago, but that didn't work out. We are still keen to work together. I can't say anything more on this. At this point of time, I am concentrating only on completing Wazir."

Bejoy is also currently working on the film 'Wazir' with Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akthar
