This is how I watched the episode.

Aahil returns to find Sanam and is puzzled as to why her clothes have been cleared from her closet.
He turns to find Chidiya, who tearfully shows him a pregnancy report.

an awful flashback reminds him of that weird night in a hotel room. And he is horrified...

She claims Sanam saw it and was so upset that she packed her bags and left immediately. Aahil is furious and runs out after her.
