why bindusar cant know ashok is his son!?

Dear...even he doesnot know he is his son..but i think in the future he will know that ashoka is his son..bcz as of now..u can see...bindusar knows ashoka is not his son..but he pampers him as his own son..infac he has lot more trust in ashoka compared to sushim..for bindusar ashoka is not just a normal civilian..he is an extraordinary kid for him..he know ashoka is not his son..but he believes ashoka is definately son of a king...he refers to him samrat vanraj..n sometimes his son...so m liking this relationship between them..they dont know their relation..but they share father son relationship

Because Acharya Chankya dont want him to know.He have a very valid reaso for that which is Ashoka's and his mother's security.If Charumitra and noor will come to know that there is one more son of bindusara they will definitely try to kill him

Chanakya have told Dharma to not reveal this to Bindusara mainly for
1. Ashokas security because Charumitra will definitely try to harm him if they get to know he is Bindusara son.
2. Veer Khurrasan will try to kill Ashoka and his mother if he gets to know Dharma is still alive (as he tried to kill her taking Bindusaras name if you have seen the first episodes)
3. As he wants Bindusara and Ashok to develop a bond perhaps.. As u can see he is trying to build up Ashok as an ideal king. So, it is necessary for his identity to be hidden so that he learns what his mistakes are, and discover his qualities.

For Ashoka and Dharma's own safety as the others have pointed out. Also Charumitra and Noor have both have had a politically influenced life, they know how to play the game of politics and are willing to cross any limit for power while Dharma herself is not politically astute and she would not be able to handle the jealousy and politics, also Ashok is untrained and though intelligent he's still naive he must be able to protect himself and understand politics before his real identity is revealed.

also Dharma seems to be quite mean,as she herself is staying in the rajbhavan, and making ashoka stay in the ashwashaala.😡😡😉
