Ideally mistakes should not be taken seriously in professional world by bosses... indeed they should ecourage people NOT to make mistakes and give trainings... basically utilise the strong points of the employees.....
Crimes are unpardonable.... but we normally see that employees are punished for mistakes and they lose confidence in company, morale is down and they later start talking against company... dont work properly saying that mistakes are punished but achievements never rewarded....
so in management... few mistakes shall be pardonable i think đ
In an ideal world we can say that by ignorance we mistake and by mistakes we learn but there are situations when a mistake is unpardonable only because the result was severe. In most other cases a repent or confession from the person would suffice. There is no justification for a repeated mistake.
