Mistakes are mistakes and crimes are crimes.....

Ideally mistakes should not be taken seriously in professional world by bosses... indeed they should ecourage people NOT to make mistakes and give trainings... basically utilise the strong points of the employees.....

Crimes are unpardonable.... but we normally see that employees are punished for mistakes and they lose confidence in company, morale is down and they later start talking against company... dont work properly saying that mistakes are punished but achievements never rewarded....

so in management... few mistakes shall be pardonable i think 😊

Wellsaid Maya ji👏
