Thesis Title: Understanding Vs Shock
Mukti: Hello miss Nandini Murthy, welcome to your thesis defense, I am Mukti, I'm going to lead this viva of yours with the association of fellow members of the board. Please introduce yourself and your investigation.
Nandini: Thank you so much mam...And Hello everyone... As mam said I am Nandini Murthy, I am here to present my thesis titled Understanding Vs Shock... based on my beloved Manik Malhotra to understand his current shocking actions. For this work, I used my experience of observing him deeply, that gave me his patterns. And using my mind and heart as tool, and my actions as predictor variables and his reactions as the output response variable I have been trying to model and analyze his current behavior and predict future ones. My goal is to characterize the impact factors, internal and external, that controls his nature and also means for correlation.
Alya: Ms Murthy, remember to make it short, not boring.Mukti: Ok, you answer me, are you not shocked enough? from our long experience I can say Manik's anger has no boundaries. So in investigation do you want to see his worst? If I assure you have not seen it.
Nandini: Since Manik's anger because of me, and I want it to be acted out for his best. No I don't want to see the worst, but I am ready to understand too. Since I have all the evidence indicating our deep connection, the goal of my thesis is to prove he has a best side. And I am sure, you have experience a good caring Manik too.
Cabir: Good answer. Beauty with brains, I am impressed. But enough with the long sentences. Now present some evidence on you thesis question, Understanding Vs Shock.
Nandini: I have calmed him many times, it was never simple. But I have never faced him to this extent, in his words as real Monster Manik. And this shock is still a challenge and I am resting until I totally get. I have so far came to the conclusion that my Manik hurts himself, both physically and mentally, more than he hurts me. But I need further investigations and tests. I am hopeful that my thesis findings can be used to show him that, what he is now doing is wrong.
Monster Manik: Enough with your naivety Ms Murthy. I see your thesis going nowhere. Aren't you scared of the real Monster Manik? Haven't you got shocked enough with the exemplary "Vinegar Incidence" ? And now you must be intending to get more shocks by trying to predict. You wanted me to be supervisor of your thesis? Is it funny to you? Since you have so much of that understanding, I don't think you find it funny anymore.
Nandini: Yes Mr Manik. This does not feel funny anymore. Thanks for helping with your unintentional supervision I get it totally. It's not fun even if you bring ice-cream for me and lick from my fingers. My fun is your fun. I can't see you like this. It hurts. You always used to look for my smile. But what about your smile? Your smile is so beautiful . I want it back. And for that I need your total supervision. For giving the ideas about how to get it back. And about shock, you may not remember how it works...how it once worked for you when you learnt Cabir's secret. Let me quote my self to remind you and prove my point.
"New things...they shock you...jo chije tumhaare pass hai tum usse shock nehi hote,,,par the new things ekbar usko understand karne ki koushish karo , sab thik hoga."
My thesis may be never over. May be I want it to be for lifetime. I will keep stepping towards understanding more of my beloved with the challenge of shocks. One day I will be familiar with all his shades. His actions, reactions, and their causes, efects and remedies.
