Why Don't We Have A Banner?

I was thinking of the same thing for quite a while now...I'll see what we can do..I'll PM Tanya and get started on the contest I think...and to make banners there are tutorial videos and info on IF as we'll...and they've got free sites to make banners..so if anyone's interested let me know...I'm kind a new to this banner making thing as well.
