Why is Pam hating Ragini so much

I really fail to understand why Pam is hating Ragini so much. Is she over possessive abt Neil. If that be the case then why is she allowing Nive now. Has Ragini truly messed up with Neil's life in the past. I so believe that she is also not aware of the true picture and like Ragini and Neil she also doesn't know some truth(don't ask me what it is). Why Pam is hating Ragini so much is a million dollar question . Pls vote and discuss.

I have seen many of Ekta serials in past. She has certain formulas which is repeated in one form or other.

1. person rising from dead. here may be Rupali is not dead at all and it is her hatred and scheming which separated NEIRA.

2. Pam is good person just jealous of Ragini. From the flashbacks etc. Pam seems to be participating in Neira's love story but may be was just jealous since Neil and their dad (she once took his name) found Ragini perfect. But, Rupali created a situation where Pam started hating Ragini.

3. Ashaben may not be good mother. From her looks during the phone she looked weird, I have started doubting her as Ekta can use her too. May be Nani in her Alzheimer state brings out some truth to Neil.
