Where is anam's husband & sahir's elder brother? What went wrong with zeenat & sahir? How she ended up in coma?

Zeenat was ready to divorce sahir-the loser(acc to her pov not me😆). But not ready to divorce sahir-the business man.

She knows for sure that if the deal happens and sahir wins he will definitely divorce her without any second thought and she doesnt want it!

But I definitely dont know how can she roam around as sahir' s widow when single soul in the world or industry doesnt know he has a wife named zeenat !! 😆 .They know that sahir's wife is Arzoo!!
