The Murder of a Great Show- BKVPMP

Wow the title itself weighs heavy but sums it up!😕 my biggest fear and CVS have done it; the beginning of butchering Ajabde's character. And reading your analysis it's begun. The woman who had always portrayed strength, passion and defended the truth as bajilal is starting to fade and given the track record of these creatives, a soon to be distant memory. Damn CVS😡 . Wake up!! To be honest, I started watching this show to support RP as I just love her acting and depth she gives to any of her roles but then I started getting into the historical aspect of MP, reading up on him, his contributions from the history buffs we had at the forum, you being one of them! But sadly this is just a dramatic soap now, with creative liberties taken to such extent that leaves one godsmacked!!. Sad! As much as I would hate to say this, they might as well close up shop soon and focus on their other 2 shows (which will soon follow suit as MP).

Intrepida and Jaz, you two have already summed it up. I am just here to lend my support for your statements. The show is just a soap opera, no sign of any history here.

What kills me is that millions of people watching will actually go on to believe many of the events actually happened that way. They will not be researching the facts. What they see in the show is what they will remember about this great icon of Indian history and his equally iconic maharani. The memory of the great Maharana Pratap and Ajabde has been ruined.

I skimmed thru the episode!

Its nice to see Ajabdeh after so long, not that she did any good except for telling Maan that the truth always comes out! today the goody Maan is admittting to her love for her brother, so does that make her love for Pratap fake? well i think it does, blood is always thicker!

History- where is the history!!!!! do they even know what history is? are we watching some dramatic soap now? what the heck is going on? Pratap being arrested on the streets of Chittod, Pratap being paraded on the streets?? he is not a criminal! someone please speak up, since Ajabdeh is not doing her part, at least HK can come thru and do his part as a friend because Patta has been reduced to dramatic expressions these days!

here ajabdeh is ok with Pratap being arrested, really CVs? baijilal died or something?

And so I mourn the death of a good show and unless the CVs bring some sanjeevni medicine to bring life back into the show in the form of historical facts, this show will be gone!!!

we all came for different reasons, I came for the man himself the great Maharana Pratap, and today they have made a mockery of every thing he stood for!

ok im done, i dont feel like describing any more, you all just come here and mourn the lose of a good show!

Frankly, I am in a dilemma ! Is it History or an ordinary silly Indian serial ? As my knowledge of Indian History ,is anything to speak about, I had wanted to know the story of MP, Unfortunate for viewers, like me , we are left more 'high and dry ' ! I was watching mainly for Rachana P. but even her character has been assassinated completely ! From a brave young woman ruling a small country to a 'puppet' [mostly doormat ] of MP ! Great ! What lessons women of India will learn !! unlike Rani of Jhansi ! ]
