The original Khiladi Kumar is back in action. After beginning his career with action films, and now with a spate of comic hits to his credit as well, Akshay is all set to return to his favourite genre – action. The actor, who's delivered some great comic hits lately doesn't believe he's concentrating on one genre. "No, I think I've done everything. I've tried my luck in every genre. But it's been six years since I've done action, and I'm planning to get back into action mode again. It's a film titled Made in China and it's being directed by Nikhil Advani. It will begin next year."

The actor, in fact, is so kicked about the idea that he plans to go a step beyond the current trend. "The kind of action I'm going to do in Nikhil's film, I'm going to change the way people look at action," informs Akshay. "I'm excited about the prospect. When I came into the industry, I started the trend of martial arts, doing my own stunts, and cable work. Now my next film will totally change the look of action in films. It's not going to involve cable work. It's going to be more than that. It's going to be based on body movements."

So is he going to undergo rigorous training for this new style of action? "Yes, I'm going to train myself for this. I don't know whether you've seen the new cola ad I did recently, where I'm jumping from stairs and stuff. That's what I'm looking at, and much more than that. I will be breaking away from the current style completely."

Talking about 'breaking away', we hear Priyadarshan was pretty upset when the sequel to Hera Pheri happened. "He was never upset. If that was the case, I would never have been in his next film Bhool Bhulaiya ."

With his birthday coming up, what were his plans? "I think I'll be with my family in Canada for my birthday. I'm looking forward to it," he says as he signs off.

Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar are getting back in Sajid
Nadiadwalla' s Heyy Baby

Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar, who made Dil To Paagal Hai 10 years
ago and then never acted together, are getting back in Sajid
Nadiadwalla' s Heyy Baby by debutant director Sajid Khan and nobody
could be more excited than the two stars themselves!

They appear together in a smashing bhangra-qawwali item number Mast
Kalander. The song, done by musical trio Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy,
was shot in one day.

Akshay plays one of the main lead along with Riteish Deshmukh and
Fardeen Khan in the film and SRK's role is just a cameo. Sajid,
whose dream was to say action and cut to SRK, reveals that the song
is choreographed by Farah Khan.

According to Akshay, who is currently shooting in Jaisalmer for
Tashan, the two of them really rock and SRK is pulsating in this
dance number. Look out for it, says Bollywood's macho man who was
delighted to renew ties with SRK.

He's as infectiously energetic as ever. Even after 100 shots, he
bounces back, and I really admire this in him. He adds laughing,
While we were doing this number, SRK roped me in to do a cameo for
his home production Om Shanti Om .

The Bollywood Badshah is equally generous in his praise of Akki. We
go back a long way and it was nice catching up with him. I am also
very happy to be a part of Sajid Khan's film. The song is
rocking ..., said SRK.

SRK is no stranger to doing scorching item numbers. Remember Ishq
Kamina in Shakti and that electrifying appearance with Malaika Arora-
Khan in Kaal in the song Kaal Kaal Mein Hum Tum ...

However, director Sajid will not be drawn into rating who is the
better dancer between the two, SRK or Akshay. Both are fantastic in
their own ways. It's a bhangra with traces of qawwalli and both the
actors have a fantastic grasp on their dance moves. Can't say who is
better.
