It starts off with an apartment that slightly resembles the main apartment from Friends. When we enter the apartment there is one dog sitting there, near the T.V. In the kitchen however, we see a young girl's back with her hair sprawled over the counter while she is opening a can of dog food.

"Pluto! Come here, your dinner's ready, now we just have to find something for me to eat...hmm...what's left over from that party last week?" Maya says to the dog.

She looks around in the fridge and pulls out a casserole dish.

"Ok, so enchilada's it is." She says quietly to Pluto who is too busy stuffing his face in his dog dish. "You know sometimes, I love my time alone. It's not that Arushi's bad or anything, it's just sometimes she talks way too much."

Pluto just looks up at Maya with his deep brown eyes, and instantly Maya knows he's probably feeling bad about what Maya said.

"Ok, fine. Sorry. I want talk bad about Arushi anymore, fine?"

The dog barks in approval.

Maya glances briefly at the clock. "Crap, only two more hours till she gets home...."

Maya heats up her dinner and then sits down in front of the television, quickly skimming through all the channels. As she finishes her dinner, she takes her dishes to the sink and is about to do them, when she notices Pluto scratching at the door.

"You want to go out? Now? It's so late Pluto...." The dog starts barking. "Ok....I get it, we'll go. Give me two minutes, I need to go change." Maya goes into her room, and changes out of her sweat pants with holes, into stylish dark blue jeans, and a long off white-cream coloured overcoat. Then she puts on her dark blue gloves along with her dark blue matching scarf. Over her long straight hair she pulls on a hat.

While walking with Pluto, Maya makes her way to an Indian cafe/ bookstore, called "Salaam Books"

She takes Pluto with her inside and orders a caf latte, while waiting for her coffee she plugs in her ipod, and sticks the ear buds into her ears. As she is walking outside, someone from outside opens the door and she almost walks into a tall man wearing a dark chocolate brown coloured sweater with a marooned coloured scarf.

"Hey..." The man starts saying.

But Maya couldn't hear him and so she signals to him to wait a second with her free hand, and takes out the ear plugs.

"Sorry, what were you saying?" Maya asks.

The man just keeps staring back at her, taking in her appearance, because before she only glanced up for a second whereas now she was looking at him, intently, waiting.

Well Maya obvioulsy impressed that guy, with what she was wearing. I wonder who he is??? hmmm...you'll see!
