Its the scene after sahir sees the unidentified man targetting arzoo to kill her and just rushes to save her without bothering to think about himself and hugs arzoo. The minute he hugs her a bullet passes by near him and immediately another bullet is fired and sahir is shot. The minute arzoo realizes that sahir has been shot she sees the man running and tries to follow him but he vanishes just like he appeared. She comes back just in time to see sahir becoming unconscious. She tries to wake him up but to no avail. She shouts for help but no one comes so she calls the ambulance. The ambulance arrives and they take him in on ventilator with arzoo also being in it. The doctor in ambulance checks sahirs pulse saying he is breathing normally but is still unconscious.
After some time arzoo calls alvira and tells her about sahir been shot. Dr. Khurana come in saying that she has to fill in the consent form but she refuess saying that his family will come shortly. Dr. Khurana says that its really urgent to sign the papers stating " Only immediate family can sign the form and you are his immediate family". Not registering what Dr. Khurana said she immediately signed the form. In the meantime whole family comes in. Dr. Khurana says that even though the bullet has been taken out he is still in critical condition as he he has lost lots of blood and needs blood within four hours otherwise anyting can happen. Arzoo tries each and every banks blood bank but could not get blood. Ultimately she asks zaki and alvira to donate their blood but their blood did not match. The time was running out and only 15 minutes remained when Dr. Khurana suggested arzoo to give her blood and she agreed.
After sometime sahir regained consciousness and called for arzoo. The minute he saw arzoo he asked " suno kya tum theek ho?" to which she replied yes. After hearing her reply he again became unconscious. Arzoo called Dr. Khurana and he said that he is sinking and may have to be given an electric shock. Even after 3 hours sahir does not reagain consciousness.
Dr. Khurana says its time to give sahir an electric shock. Dr. Khurana gives him electric shock and says now nothing can happen. Arzoo starts crying but goes in hospital room and says" aap agar humse ladna ya jhagadna chahte hai to utthiye na. Aap ammi ke liye utthna hoga. Aapko khuda ka vasta aapko kisi aur ke liye nahin to hamare liye to utthna hoga". After few seconds sahir opens his eyes and sees arzoo looking distraught and shaken up. But before he could say anything everyone comes in.
Sahir requests Dr. Khurana to discharge him and let him go home. Dr. Khurana after much reluctance allows sahir to go home. After reaching home arzoo with the help of nurse take him to his room. Sahir with the help of arzoo lies down on his bed but is unable to sleep. Arzoo asks him whats the matter and he does not reply. Arzoo tells him to go to sleep otherwise she will call Dr. Khurana. Hearing this sahir goes to sleep. Next morning sahir starts working on a file and arzoo stops him saying he needs rest and there are other people to work to which sahir says he is the one who commands to other people and till now no one has dared to stop me from working to which arzoo says theres always a first time and till the time you are fine you are not going to work and this is your wifes order to which he says yes mam your wish is my duty.
