NO ..

As much as i like him but its a fact that he hasnt been the same player after returning from cancer disease like he was before. And since the WC isnt in sub continent his spin bowling option wont be of much use.

And BTW , Rayudu may not be a stylish batsman but completely deserves a spot ahead of Yuvi in WC at this moment.
& Dhawan's proper replacement would've been Uthappa as a 3rd opener .

Had the tournament been held in India, where not only he would have been effective, but his bowling would have been useful as well, I'd have agreed w/ you. But outside India, especially in Australia, his batting would be far less than useful, and bowling would be non-existent. A bit like Ravindra Jadeja. Some of these players are giants in the subcontinent, but really get exposed when in Australia, South Africa or England. Yuvraj is one of those.
