Eijaz Khan to play Mandira Bedi's love interest in Meerabai Not Out

Mandira Bedi is cast opposite Eijaz Khan in Pritish Nandi Communications' (PNC) Meera Bai Not Out. Eijaz, a Balaji loyalist last seen in Kavyanjali, has been lying low for quite some time. He has completed shooting for the film. Reportedly the actor has signed a three-film deal with PNC. Happy days are here again for Eijaz as he will also be hosting Nach Baliye 3 with Anita Hassanandani soon.

In Meerabai… Eijaz plays a reserved and stylish heart surgeon. The movie revolves around cricket and an avid cricket fan, played by Mandira Bedi. The film also stars Mahesh Manjrekar and Anupam Kher. Anil Kumble will make a guest appearance. Ready to be released, the film has been directed by Chandrakant Kulkarni.

Eijaz

Reluctant to divulge much Eijaz says, "I have already shot for the film. The rest of the announcement and the details will be given by PNC communications only.

Says Raj Kaushal, who is the line producer for the film, "Eijaz is playing a regular heart surgeon. He will play a rock solid guy and has a nice understated role in the film. He is a reserved guy and will play Mandira's love interest. He will play a funky heart surgeon who has studied abroad. He has a different kind of a role in the film."

Mandira was unavailable for comment.

hai hai he lookin so cute yaar soooooo cute n how was he last seen in kavyanjali if it was khnk and plus none of dem has confirmed yet so y r they gettin our hopes up for last i heard dat rohit roy hostin on sbs
