Personally, I find Hindi swearing far more vulgar and explosive than English swearing, I don't know what it is, can't explain, but swearing in Hindi just seems to have more impact and force, and sounds "dirtier" 😆... there is just something about "maa ki ch***" that is more forceful and vulgar than "motherf**ker", which sounds lame in comparison.

Could it be a psychological block that swearing and crassness tends to be frowned upon in Indian culture.

Being from Bombay "maa ki ch****" sounds no different or dirtier than "Kaise hai aap?" 😆

Even swearing is not censored in movies anymore, some of these movies like Anurag Kashyap's films contain full blown Hindi swearing in them, censor board don't seem to bothered about it. Grand Masti again was a big hit, again, you wouldn't take a family to watch a film like that, the same way, such roasts are not for the general audience.

Haha I feel the same way except it's in Dari not Hindi but the way my uncle explained to me was, I'm so used to hearing the word motherf***er that it doesn't have the same effect 😆

Swearing and crassness doesn't bother me, it just could be that I haven't been exposed to the level of Hindi swearing that you guys have, which is probably why I find it more amusing when people swear in Hindi. 😆

You're joking, right?, even if it was, and it wasn't, I didn't say I have any problems with Hindi swearing.

Well said..was Grand Masti any different? Still it released, was watched and was a big hit as well...these kind of things are everywhere...you choose if you want to watch it or not..banning them in insane...and all these accusations are absurd..don't watch it...it's that simple.there are worse things on the internet...we don't watch them..do we?
