TBH I have always thought that this track was never about Adi, it is about Ruhi (the girl child)
It's an Ekta show, so sooner or later there will be a leap or 2😛 If Adi bonds with the Bhallas and Ishita especially, they loose the opportunity to use him as a grey character later on. So they'll keep him antagonistic till as long as possible.

Armed with Romi's secret, Shagun's "only male grand child" trump card just got stronger. She will belittle not only Ishita but also Ruhi trying to show the supremacy of the male child. In my opinion, this track will show the emergence of the Ghar ki Laxmis😆
