Strong possibility she might know but I don't think romi can be blacmailed coz he himself is not the good boy types in earlier done stuff which a manipulative person would do besides he really loves ishita n raman so even shagun blackmails him he will find a way out of it. Maybe he may confinde in ishita as she has suffered the same pain.
