As I said before this track is a nonsensical track , since parents to know the whereabouts of the adoptive parents is nil in Indian Adoptions. Since as per the rules and regulations Indian adoption centers and state and municpal welfare departments have a legal binding of not disclosing where the child has gone.
Secondly if the adoption has been legalized in the court and registered, then no biological parent can have a right even after proving that they are biological parents.

For the sake of the drama and TRPs, they are simply distorting the facts related to adoption and creating false notions on adoption.😡

India is not a western country where adoptions are open adoptions but here any legal adoption is a closed adoption. And very rarely do you know who are the adoptive parents.

Child is free to chose only when he/she is 18 years old and has a right to know his parentage. Till then the file and his parentage is not disclosed to the adoptive parents as well.

This episode will have some impact on would be adopters. They will hesitate if not dont go for adoption. Why to take so much trouble and lose?

There are giving a terrible, terrible message for foster parents.

First Alok and Ira lost their rights over Shiv and his family.

Now Amol is being taken away.

Message is : Blood wins over upbringing and affection

And we were told the message was in favour of adoption.

BV CVs and writers are the worst and the most hypocritical in all of the soap world:. At least the others. like Ekta, don't pretend and put out stupid homilies.

That is what I am worried about. As they are sending a wrong message with this track. A adoption which goes through legal channels does not have all this drama. Yes parents have a right only when adoption is not legalized in court and registered. That too then also there is a channel. They can approach the adoption home where their child was kept. The adoption home has a meeting with muncipal or state welfare committee. Parents have to give a strong reason for the child abandonment and proof that it is their child. Only when they are satisfied the parents will be asked to return back the child. But such cases are very very rare.

However if the adoption is legalized, registered and you get the birth certifcate stating adoptive parents as parents, biological parents lose their right and can not claim their child back. Even the court will not grant them rights.

I am saying this with authority as I have gone through this process and know ins and outs of adoption in India.

The makers of this show are a bunch of sick sadistic losers, and not to forget a bunch of hypocrites. This show deserves to rot in trash but unfortunately it will still continue to get trps because sadism and torture is what attracts our ridiculous trp aunties. The makers like to pretend that their trashy show is all about social messages but like true hypocrites also compromise with their so called social resposibilty to create shock value for some cheap trps. Anyways they've already stooped down so low that nothing will surprise me now...If they can snatch away Anandi's soulmate they can do ANYTHING. This piece of crap called BV has surpassed Uttaran in sadistic content race...No respect for fans' emotions...Cheapest show on air right now.

Somehow, they are introducing too much drama in the track. Agree they have to show drama and pull on the emotional strings of the viewers - but seriously - lori is something mothers just hum (gungunana and not gaana jor se) - they have ruined it for me - a beautiful scene of a mother singing to her children with the emotions of grandparents and DB - why DB has to be there in everything? We know she is evil by now - so why ruin everything with her tamasha? KB is not a small two room flat that they have to show everybody hearing the lori - neither I could understand why Nirnjan used to sing loudly in night.
As regards Amol going to his biological parents - it is beyond logic and against the rules of the land. But then they will bend every rule for the sake of drama. Do not know what they will show - but this decision cannot be justified on the basis of Shiv's feelings. Shiv's case and Amol's case are as different as chalk and cheese. Shiv is not even adopted child - he was just exchanged at the time of his birth. He was shattered because he was not aware of all this even though living with them for close to 30 years (and not because how the two sets of parents behaved, Anup was not even present at that time) - Ira was also shattered for the same reason. Amol knows that he is adopted and perhaps also knows why his parents abandoned him. And his biological parents will not live with his adoptive parent, so there is nothing to compare with the current behaviour of Anup also. This Amol track is a bad message as already pointed out by other members.

Perhaps the writers think that people watch the serial to see bad things happening to good people - or the viewers love to see sad scenes (as if there are not enough problems in viewer's own life).

Officially for me BV is dead today. I'm not watching this crap anymore. Maybe I'll see the updates once in a while.

It is immaterial to me in what circumstances Shiv had to go back to his parents and in what circumstances Amol has to return to his parents.

The difference in circumstances do not make an iota of difference to the MESSAGE they are sending out. That adoptive parents do not have rights over their children and they must always be prepared to sacrifice.

BV CVs are saying it loud and clear that nature will always triumph over nurture. Ira and Alok may have given their all to bring up Shiv. But today they have to leave his grief-stricken family and make themselves scarce only because he was not born to them.

When Amol was adopted CVS tom-tommed about how adoption is important; how a coupke does not have to be childless to adopt etc. Again the same thing: Ansh gave their all to Amol. Now Anandi loses Shiv and Amol.

BV ihas become a CRAP fest. Feel like strangling the writer and the producwrs.

Agree with you completely. . For the sake of the drama and TRPs they are giving such a wrong message that you highlighted(Bold). Whereas this is the most ridiculous message one can ever give as it is spreading only insecurity, fear among the adoptive parents. Instead of spreading a positive message that blood does not matter or disproving the saying that blood is thicker than water they are just creating unnecessary drama element.

BV creatives in the greed for extending the serial have resorted to petty drama not paying heed to what message they are giving.
