yess...just like English is a language..Parseltounge is a language...if u copy what someone else says that means u are speakinbg that language...thats all...thats how Ron just copied what Harry said when he opened the locket

The Sword was not the goblin's whatever he may have said about golbin ownership. It was made for Griffyndor. and Griffyndor had put an enchantment on it that it may present itself to the worthiest griffyndor at any particular moment should the need arise, and present itself inside the sorting hat.

2. How did Voldemort kill his horcrux inside Harry when he tried to kill Harry wholely?😕I mean, why didn't Harry die?

Harry didn't die because while his mother's protection was still on, Voldemort used harry's blood to regenerate himself. In doing so he transferred the traces of the blood sacrifice Lily had set on Harry inside his blood.

When Harry turned 17, the magical protection that lived inside his body died as soon as he left the Dursley's residence. That is why the DEs were able to catch him. But Harry's life is still protected by part of the enchantment of Lily's sacrifice which lives inside Voldemort from the blood he had taken from Harry in GoF.

So when Voldy fired the Killing Curse, it could not kill Harry because of Lily's protection, it destroyed the only thing it could destroy, the part of Voldy's soul living inside Harry.

While saying this I will also clarify why the Elder Wand attacked harry the first time when Voldy fired the Death Curse on him in the forest (where Voldy accidently destroy's his sould part residing inside Harry and not Harry himself)

JKR had clarified in her chat on bloomsbury that it was because that the Elder wand knew that Harry would not be harmed. Since the wand makes an intimate connection with the user (witch / wizard) it know the users secrets too. that is also why Harry's wand (Holly and Phoenix Feather one, given by Ollivander) was able to brake Malfoy's wand being used by Voldy coz it recognized him as the user of its twin. that is why it performed magic out of its own accord to protect its own master.
