Because Dimpy was repeating her mistake. Dimpy when talking to Ali was using so much hand moments that Ali can take that block not once but many times. Thoda Gautam se focus hataoge to clearly dikhage.

I'm not focused on Gautam, I just thought that it was a bit unfair 😊

Ist step was lost when both Dimpy and GG were talking with each other. So both were careless and responsible. For the second one, it appeared that Dimpy had raised her hand so far up as if inviting Ali to take the step easily.
