Kat has the right to fire him, but I still think it is mean if it is true. He was late because of the weather, and he has been working for her for years. It is kind of sad for people like Kat to do it considering she was also nothing before and had to work hard, etc. How would she have felt if someone fired her at that time? At least, I can understand if people born with silver spoons act this way, but I can't get when others, who have been in such situations. act this to others similar to them.
