CELEB DIET

Height:

5 ft 11'

I just have one of these: cereal, dalia, protein

shake or yogurt. I start my day with warm

water and a spoon of honey. I never miss my

breakfast.

Lunch:

Brown bread with boiled chicken with lettuce

and tomatoes.

Mid-meal:

Milkshake or juice or two big glasses of lassi.

I drink three to four big cups of black coffee

during office hours or in-between meetings

Dinner:

Bajare ka rotis, lentils, vegetables, one nonveg

dish, salad, pickle and curd are a few

things that make a yummy dinner.

Allergic to:

My body is adaptable and flexible to all environments.

I am not allergic to anything.

Exercise:

I am addicted to exercising. I do weights and

ardio three to four times a week. Martial arts

two to three times a week. I fast on Mondays

and Thursdays since many years. I believe

what you eat is important than what is

eating you up.

Naini's Recommendation

(Nutrionist)

Breakfast:

It is the most important meal and has

to be balanced with right amount of

carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Have vegetable dalia with yoghurt

or fruit or low-fat milk and muesli.

Lunch:

Have breast piece of the chicken without

its skin. Make sure that the quantity does

not exceed 150 grams. Opt for whole

wheat bread.

Mid-meal:

Try herbal green tea, some nuts, and a

plate of fresh fruits or a vegetable juice.

You can include fruits in juices, shakes, lassi.

Black coffee should be avoided.

Dinner:

Have only one non-veg meal a day. Do not

mix multiple proteins like dal and meat together.

Curd (made from low-fat milk) and

lentil is enough.

Exercise:

Add yoga and meditation to your exercise

routine.
