It was heart wrenching to see Ruhi in SBS segment today and then it was equally painful to see Adi standing alone there with his mom.

In all these fights, the people whose emotions are being played the most is Ruhi's and Adi's - the 2 kids, who find themselves stuck in a turmoil for no fault of theirs.

Ruhi and Adi, currently are riding on the same emotions but unfortunately are sailing in 2 different boats. Both of their hearts and loyalties lies with their mother and they can move the world for them but unfortunately this mutual love of theirs is for 2 different persons - Shagun and Ishita.

The fate has been so cruel, that both the mother's happiness lies with the same person - Raman and the siblings are now fighting between themselves to retain the picture perfect family for themselves.

For Ruhi it is - Ishita, Raman and herself
For Adi it is - Shagun, Raman and himself.

Ruhi had accepted her fate when Ishita walked in her life and she got back her family, but then Shagun and Adi came knocking down and we can see her getting unsettled again.

Adi had accepted his fate and accepted Ashok as his father but then his emotions were crushed by Ashok, the fate had him dropped at the doorstep of the very person he hated from his heart, but then on his mother's request started giving him a chance. He wasn't even settled properly when Mihir frisked him away and his mother poisoned his mind again. The grandma comes begging and convinces him to return, promising him that his mother would not be insulted again. He once again starts dreaming of his picture perfect family, when Ruhi comes and breaks it this time. The family who promises to love him to the core doesn't even glance back at him, he is again left with the only constant support of his life - his mother, Will he not become more revengeful ?

Raman needs to take adequate steps before both his kids emotions are on the high. The Lohri festival has given an insight to the storm which lies ahead.

Brilliant perspective!
I don't think many people have conceptualized how everything is shaping up in terms of the kids in this track simply because everyone was just so tired of the one-sided game played by Shagun/Adi.

In all of this I feel bad for Raman. Even though he's bring an annoyingly passive man-boy, he is in a major conundrum - both his kids love their respective mothers ferociously. At the end of the day the love his kids have for him is not enough for either to compromise their mother - nor should the kids have to compromise. Raman is now verrryy slooowly realizing his dream of Adi being apart of his family unit with Ishita & Ruhi may not be possible ever. What that means for Adi though could be very dangerous for Adi's future!

Very well put!!
Seeing the SBS segment, I was looking for Adi's reactions to Ruhi's anger towards Shagun. I actually felt bad when Ruhi broke Raman and Adi's hand hold. Because Raman is Adi's dad even.

Though am glad they are showing Ruhi's stand as it was needed to open everyone eyes and act on the actual situation. Adi will have to be talked with and explained Ruhi's pov and also explained about the real standing of Ishra relationship. Everything can be solved with good talking.

Bhallas seem to sway that way where one kid is showing his stance in anger and neglect the other one. There got be balance.

I agree with you... I really dunno what closure the CV's have thought for this track... Adi recognizing the true selfish face of his mother and finally accepting IshRa in his life or only Raman finally able to let go of his indefinite love of Adi, If this happens, the venom with which Adi will live will be enormous, as this time the poor guy will not only hear stories but also his first hand experience of living with the Bhallas will help him believe those stories more and more.

Though I would like the first one to happen but in the story's point of view, I can see the latter happening coz Ekta's serials do take leaps and Adi might be the negative character in the leap years to take revenge from Ishita to insult his mother so badly.

Very true. Kids are being hurt the most in the entire situation. Elders are totally wrong here. Shagun's relationship with ashok didn't work. This doesnt give her the right to spoil someone else's relationship. She has instilled so much poison in his mind. Raman is handicapped. He needs to talk to adi about his new life but he isn't able to. Ishita has no role in the mess created by 2 ex partners.

this topic is about the emotions which the Kids are going through and not what Shagun or Ishita is doing.

Agree with you... Ishita can only be a support of Raman here but not do anything, its Raman who needs to take actions.

Raman loves his kids to the core, but his inability to take correct measures is only giving them pain currently.

I would any day choose Ruhi's life rather than Adi's even if Ishita isn't there, as from the day she opened her eyes, she has been surrounded with true love unlike Adi, whose emotions have just been exploited by people known as his true well wishers for their personal gain.
