Handling emotional scenes

BV failed to handle emotional scenes whether it is Basant's death or Shiv's. Basant's was a wee bit better as DS, Gehna cried inconsolably and even Jagya had a shocked expression.

In Shiv's death, the mothers who get emotional even when their children are late, strangely cried indifferently.as if they are witnessing the death of their neighbour's son. Alok and Anup had only sad faces. And Sanchi was indifferent. Daddu was strangely brave and no signs of any attack. He must be taking medicines regularly.

I missed that phoot phoot ke rona which usually happens at such times. During the initial stage they cried bitterly And then suddenly they became silent as if accepting the fact very quickly. Maybe the arrival of twins and Anandi being pregnant must have made them to keep it lowkey?

When Pratap died, Sugna cried so bitterly and for days, it shook me completely. Maybe villagers are more emotional compared to sophisticated city folks.

These are my feelings and sorry if I am hurting.

Has crying loudly and bitterly is unfashionable? Is wearing white sarees and no bindis take precedence over basic emotions? They showed all this during Gehna's widowhood.

Basant's death was more better handled The scene in hospital of Jagya Ganga Dsa was truly heart breaking Later when they brought Basant's dead body at home Nandu and Gehna;s emotions were heart breaking but here there is complete lack of emotions in Shekhars even Khajan looked complete unaffected to me A big let down i must say I am not a huge fan of Shiv but i must say the character deserved a better end if they wanted to end his character Not this rushed , poorly written and lack of emotions from family

I do not like that over the top "phoot phoot kar rona" of TV and films. So I have no complaint. Not everyone reacts same way - we have real life examples of this behaviour also. And then Shiv did not die in an accident - he attained shahadat - and we believe that martyrs are "amar".

It seems CVs are in a hurry and dont have time to invest in such things. They are more bothered about politics of DB.

Another death scene which was handled superbly was Basant's first Wife Jamna's.

I don't think it has anything to do with actors. Its the scenes since yesterday which are written badly.
Till Saturday, it was very effectively done. After that they are rushing it and that is what is the main reason why it lacks depth. For some weird reason CVs are in hurry to finish everything.
As per spoilers and articles, even one more leap and babies birth will happen in this week only 🤢

But this is tv serial and they go overboard about other silly things like bidaii crying.

Even if Shiv died like a shahid, it is a personal loss to his parents and wife and other close relatives.

I cry and I am not ashamed of it.

Handling emotions and audience connection

Shekhar pariwar members and Khazan seemed to be totally devoid of any emotions The two mothers were just crying so was Alok and Daddu I guess he is too busy ensuring that things went smoothly which is understandable
Anandi was trying not to cry because she decided she will not cry but celebrate his life.
-----------
We could connect with only Amol and Anandi's pain.
For CVs showing DB drama about widows clothes seem to be more important than Anandi trying to cope with her loss.
Looks like they are just pulling Anandi into the midst of things and are not going to give time to get over her loss
