Lots of people here hate on SRK for HNY, CE and how Dhoom 3 is a pretty horrible and lots of people hate on Katrina is...but the truth is that SRK is loved worldwide, if you see the collections of films like Happy New Year and Chennai Express people absolutely loved them. Also, Katrina is very loved and admired regardless of how bad her acting is.

This line -- On I-F, 'X' is bashed, but in real world s/he is the most popular/most revered -- gives me deja vu every time someone says this here. You'd often read this line from a fan of a fading star.

I-F thinks Anushka is a duck and Ranveer is a sex maniac. In real life, I don't ask or wonder what people think about them.

On IF, stars like Shahrukh and Deepika are bashed for going to award shows and accepting awards. Truth of the matter is that without SRK attending a certain show, many people won't even watch it.

Few years ago IIFA here in Toronto got sold out so quickly because SRK fans here are in abundance, otherwise the Rogers Centre stadium wouldn't have been jam packed without his presence.

Basically, the masses just love their stars and want to see either Salman or Shahrukh in the award show, otherwise they won't watch it

But see...everyone is bashed on IF...every successful star that is...or if they are big mouths...Lara and Sush are loved here...had they been in place of Kat or Deepu...they would have been bashed too...😆

See...fact is ..if the superstars were not loved in real life...they wouldn't be superstars ...right??

So if I say that people in the real world absolutely love Salman and Shahrukh...it would be true and logical...😛
