Xclusive: Shahrukh Khan-Rohit Shetty's next goes on floors in March'15

Shah Rukh Khan's next film with Rohit Shetty all set to go on floors in March this year, the movie is expected to release in Christmas this year and will mostly star Arjun Kapoor or Varun Dhawan alongside Shah Rukh Khan as his brother. Regarding the movie, there have been constant speculations that it will be a remake of Hum/Chaalti Ka Naam Gaadi/Angoor but our sources tell us that SRK is not keen on any remakes and Rohit Shetty has written a original script and it is not a sequel to Chennai Express.
Last time when Shah Rukh Khan and Rohit Shetty came together they delivered a humongous Blockbuster in the form of Chennai Express and ever since then the trade is awaiting for the two to join hands again. Now we hear that the team is back with another action entertainer on a much larger scale than Chennai Express.
The movie which was initially slated to be an EID 2016 release is now eyeing the Christmas 2015 slot as the slot has been left open by Aamir Khan. Rohit Shetty has already locked the script of the film and has even started on pre production work. The director is in talks with both Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor and the availability of dates will decide who finally gets selected for the part
As far as the leading actress opposite Shah Rukh is concerned, Rohit Shetty is in talks with Kajol and Aishwarya Rai to play the female lead however both the actress are busy with their comeback vehicles, so the director will sign one of them depending on the availability of the dates.
Regarding the music director's part, most probably Pritam will sign this film as Shah Rukh Khan has decided to go for a new music director this time.
Well in our opinion this is one of the best decision taken by the team as Chirstmas is probably the best period to reach towards the 300 crore club. With Shah Rukh Khan pairing up with Rohit Shetty and Arjun Kapoor or Varun Dhawan in the supporting role it is almost certain that the team is going to break all existing records.
Regarding the other Christmas releases, Tamasha might be postponed to early next year however no such clarity is available of whether Bajirao Mastani might postpone or not.
