true but, kai baar aisa bhi hota hai ki kuch log apni kartooten itni safai se chupaate hain, that no one knows about it.. as vidi says he wasn't celibate even before mrg.. in short he covered his tracks to smartly.

What if the boy was clever in hiding his tracks? Ashu didn't do nain-matakka with any random woman who came his way.. he calculated the risk carefully before going ahead..

CV might have looked at the khandaan and Ashutosh's reputation..since Ashu was from a decent family and people told-"accha ladka hai", the Vermas might have given their nod...unless CV hired a really good detetcive, there was no way he could have found about smarty Ashu... even his college friends didn't know much... ThoughArmaan knew coz he provided "infrastructure" to Ashutosh, there was no way CV would know about him and make him spill the beans.

But you have a point-- Ashu would never have entered into a relationship with Nidhi unless she had made her attraction very clear.

She has romanced men before...but never went the whole hog...Ashutosh wasn't the first man she was attracted to... there were loads of men she had dallied with( but she didn't get intimate with them coz the relationship weren't serious) ... but I think Ashutosh was her first partner in the sack ( she initiated intimacy as a way to possess an already married man..and to score a 'victory' over Pallavi)...

Though Nidz gives an impression of being 'liberated' , I think she was waiting to be in a serious relationship( not marriage) before doing the deed.. but it was her bad equations with Pallavi which made her throw herself on Ashu...of course, she wouldn't have done this with the likes of Jagannath Mishra...but Ashu wasn't irresistable either..

It is difficult to say anything about Nidhi with certainty.. she is full of paradox...can't say for sure that she was a virgin when she met Ashu.. to be frank I never thought of Nidhi's status while writing JJ... maybe she was a virgin.. but donno. One thing is certain- she had non-serious affairs before.

Actually Nidhi here is a character that cant be understood... she is like a dark deep well.. u never know what is inside that well..
