When Tanna had nothing else to say because she knew he owned him she starts going off again that she is supposedly some victim who always gets picked by Gulati.

Yes she had her sidekick bhai Patel to the rescue but gautam didn't seem phased by this maina tota jodi at at!!! He had a valid point that there have been three people on kitchen duty always and but tanna had no leadership qualities whatsoever!! She response that if ppl need help they will ask was so lame and laughable! If ppl have to tell her what to so then why is she captain? After 16 weeks she doesn't know how to assign work?

When she didn't have a logical reply to come back with she resorted to personal comments like u r negative u r villain and last thing we saw was her own sidekick upen Patel telling her that her rants me me me but hardly listens to anyone and actually SHE is lookin like the villain 🤣 🤣

So yes Gautam OWNED tanna!!

Whether sambhavana asked for help or not, it is clear that she needed help.
she is over loaded with work. Karishma cannot see that?
Gautam definitely is right here and he has good leadership skills and most importantly he is a good human being.

Gautam was right.

Gautam was seen pointing out to Karishma - THE CAPTAIN that she
should assign someone with Sambhavna to cook lunch out of humanity sake
because Sambhavna and Sana had been working tirelessly since morning and they
were yet to cook lunch.
Karishma was seen showcasing her pea sized brain, while sitting hand in hand with
Upen telling Gautam that if Sambhavna was tired, she would inform her and only
then she'd ask someone to help her. Gautam rightly pointed out that normally it
requires 3 people to cook lunch, yet Karishma couldn't see that Sambhavna was
doing the work all by herself which didn't move Karishma enough to ask someone
to help her. Karishma's answer to that: it's her (Sambhavna's) task.
Hence proved, Karishma Tanna is not a human being.
