I think it will be something like this. Tanu tells to Ahil that their is a twin of Sanam or a humshakal! Ahil will think what's wrong with his mom! And will laugh out saying she is illusioning ! And tanveer won't be able to reveal the complete truth to Ahil as she can't say Ahil I have seen with my own eyes 😆 So either Tanveer will be called mad by Ahil or Ahil will know that Tanveer can see.

Maybe tanveer will se seher nd think of her as zoya's bhoot or maybe seher will pretend as zoya's bhoot shocking tannu nd she will finally become mad nd blurt out the truth 😛
