I think it will be something like this. Tanu tells to Ahil that their is a twin of Sanam or a humshakal! Ahil will think what's wrong with his mom! And will laugh out saying she is illusioning ! And tanveer won't be able to reveal the complete truth to Ahil as she can't say Ahil I have seen with my own eyes 😆 So either Tanveer will be called mad by Ahil or Ahil will know that Tanveer can see.
