As good or bad they might be, or let say, as terrible as Sharaadha might have been in Ek Villan, the film was a hit. I wasn't too sure about Parineeti because her acting in HTP was rather dull. What is going to happen to these people?

Parineeti has no films in 2015. After Arjun Kapoor's Tevar failed at the box office, not a single other film in 2015. And Sharaadha has ABCD 2 but nothing else.

I would worry about Jazba's and the million script Aish signed if I were you. She has zero script sense.

dunno about parineeti and arjun but shraddha has enough things to sustain as an actress... no acting but nice beautiful looks... however she is doing wrong roles where she just play a flowerpot... her personality is monotonous too

Arjun - Father is a producer, whole family is into films so worse case scenario they may make another film for him. He was doing well, i don't know why he had to go n do Tevar with his family😡

Shraddha - ABCD2 will probably do well so lets see.

Parineeti Chopra - She is an average actor and average looker...this was inevitable...if she makes a big comeback then good for her...maybe she can get Adi chopra to make some more films for her

In Arjun's case I think his father overestimated his popularity post 2 States and Gunday, and also made a bad movie lol. Also when they signed Sonakshi she had a number of 100 cr films in her kitty. If he doesn't make a comeback within the next two years I see him starting to direct or produce. He will have a career in Bollywood one way or another.

Agree with you on Shraddha.

Parineeti again if she doesn't make a comeback in the next year or two I see her becoming a character actor. But it is too soon to write her off too.

Parineeti was offered Piku, can't believe she didn't take it. Instead, she chose to do KD.

Is it possible that contractually she couldn't say no to KD? I don't know how much leverage the actors have when they sign multi film contracts with big companies.

There is also the greater possibility that Kill Dil was looked at as a sure hit where as she saw Piku as a risk. Is it smart to turn down a role opposite Amitabh Bachchan and Irfan Khan? No. But based on her one interview she feels/felt that she proved herself with Ishaqzada and probably just wanted more hits under her built.
