Actress Deepika Padukone says she has no qualms rejecting film offers that later went on to become blockbusters. Bollywood's Rs 100 crore heroine, Deepika Padukone knows how to make it big on her own terms. The actress has always given preference to the script over other aspects of the film. And with her latest Rs 100 crore blockbusters, Deepika most definitely is at the top of her game. However, there are few films we wish Deepika Padukone wouldn't have turned down. Let's take a look at the films Deepika Padukone had rejected in the last few years.

Shuddhi: Much has been said and written about Karan Johar's most-awaited project, Shuddhi. Social media went abuzz with news of Kareena Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan being a part of the project. Before Kareena, Deepika Padukone was offered the female lead in the film. However, due to personal commitments and date issues, Deepika chose Bajirao Mastani over Shuddhi. This also rubbed Karan Johar the wrong way.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan: Before Katrina Kaif, the role of Meera was offered to Deepika Padukone. But Deepika rejected the film and thus lost the chance to star in Yash Chopra's last film. Katrina Kaif fetched rave reviews for her performance in the film. The film also went on to become one of the highest-grossing films at the box-office.

Fast & Furious 7: Many actresses would have killed to be a part of the Fast & Furious 7 franchise and Deepika Padukone was the only actress in Bollywood, who was given an opportunity to star in a movie opposite Vin Diesel. But due to date issues, Deepika finally had to turn down the offer. Deepika was busy with the shoot of Goliyon Ki Raasleela - Ram Leela at that point of time.

Dhoom 3: Bollywood's biggest franchise film, Dhoom 3, had earlier been offered to Deepika Padukone. Katrina Kaif's role as 'Aaliya' had earlier been offered to Deepika. But again due to prior commitments, Deepika could not allot dates for the film. And thus, had to reject the offer.

She may have given a number of hits with Ranbir Kapoor, but the leggy lass chose to turn down this film. Jacqueline Fernandez grabbed the role after Deepika turned it down. However, considering this could have been Deepika's first out-of-the-box role, we wonder if Deepika made the right decision.

She never made that quote. Only someone as cocky and conceited as Kawreena can make such statements.
