Why Samrath looks dominant in his arrogancy... He speaks the TRUTH in this scene,so you can see the value of the TRUTH.
Though Vikram encounters Samrath for attempted murder,still he had the doubt...hence the doubtful behaviour.So TRUTH has priority every where,whether the character is bad or good
