Tired of commercial movies ?

Hello,

I'm Back after many weeks 😆

I have not been on this forum for a long tome because I have somehow stopped watching movies at least big commercial movies.

I am kinda tired of this movies that have the same formula : action, romance, songs without a proper storyline. The last movies I watched were Thegidi and Arima Nambi. And I fully enjoyed these movie as their backbone was the story and not the cast or the songs !

The problem with commercial movies is that they want to sell a movie with story that last less than 1 hour to what they add 5 songs and 6 fights !

So well I am not at all excited to watch a commercial movie even when they got good reviews like Kaththi or Madras.

What do you think ??

I do think there has been an overdose of commercial movies lately 😆 I do feel it'd be nice to see more movies from other genres because I feel that in the Tamil Industry there is always that opportunity. But I'm not completely against commercial movies either because I think you kind of a need a mix of everything at times. 😆
