What was the last movie you saw that was much, much better than you expected it to be!

For me it was easily DEI...The BW forum downplayed this movie so badly!
I though it was a cool film and Adi-Pari made a really cute pair!

Queen. I was bored of the trailer. But the film turned out to be the best of the year. I ended up watching the same film twice. First with friends, and second when I dragged my fam to the theatre; and they were glad I did. 😆

The first half of DEI was good, but the film kind of lost it somewhere in the second half and the climax was totally flimsy and contrived.

OH ya!!!! This has to be the biggest sleeper hit ever! It showed that great films can work!!!
