I just wanted to point out that during the kohinoor incidence his mum was "attacked" with a knife and "Sanam" was the one standing next to her, but when Ammi claimed that Sanam attacked her Ahil even showed annoyance when he brushed aside her mum's claim saying Sanam would never do such a thing..., similar situation to what happened with the poison...He didn't just brush away "small" things. The swap really did break his trust in Sanam really badly...he just needs to know it was not Sanam and his trust in her would be fully restored...BUT it does not look like anyone wants to tell him this truth...Sanam wants to protect her sister and Rehan wants to protect his love...but Sehan at the same time claim they want to help Sahil...Its very clear how to help Sahil is to just tell Ahil about the swap...Now if Sehan had claimed that they would avenge Asya murder then keeping the swap secret would make sense...even though its still is horrible in my opinion to choose avenging a murder that happened 20 years ago at the expense of continued torture of two living souls...
