Kjo actually wanted to start this film first but Aamir wanted a break. Aishwarya greenlit two scripts. ADHM and Aamir film. If Aamir has a problem working with Ash Kjo will think of Kajol but I think by then Kajol will not be a feasible choice but Aishwarya will have 3 films released already before the Aamir film kicks off. So her inclution will create more buzz + Aamir-Ash fresh pairing.

Its in line of Iranian film A Separation. Not totally same but inspired by it. Kjo once said he would love to make a father-mother-daughter relationship film like 'A Separation'. Aamir will play father to a grown up child in the film. He needs some time. He will do it once he hits 50.
