How did Anurag find ...sneha?

How did Anurag find out Sneha is his daughter? he refused to believe Prerna

Sneha has cancer and she had 2 get her bone marrow changed so there was a DNA test whic proved that sneha is anurags daughter.. i hope i ahve helped u out here....

ummmm i dun get it i rememba when sneha was about to be borned, anurag comes helplessly running to the hospital, and the sad version of kzk plays!
