The nishan in Prithvi's hand

Can anyone have idea about the nishan in Prithvi's hand. I thik this is not a small matter because his nana scared when he saw the nishan.

Maybe its a death mark,whoever has that on their hand dies soon but then prithvi prooves that wrong in the cuming epi's or sumthing like that

even i thought something like this for a while

that the nishan is there on every tribe members hand and seeing the nishan anangpal and people will suspect him of being fake and not the real prithvi
