sweetweet hun i never call a person who has extra/ less chromosomes, which causes them to have mental health problem- other words some call them "retard" well i personally never ever use that word to describe a person with that kind of disability, i think it is rude. I always refer to these people refer to the people by the disorder they have eg. hinting diease, or MS etc. or call them mentally challenged.
