Jaadoogar is right. Raja is clearer and better as Himani style is more muffled and draggy, which suits certain songs and styles and I do like some of her songs.

They both sang gr8. Raja sang his his unique style while Himanni sang in her style. Well u cant compare them. They r like two sides of same coin.

I think that after C2005, Himani completely lost touch with the warmth inside her, and she became rly cold...so I don;t like her now, and Raja, well I think hez rly plastic, and his smile is fake...I think that even though Raja is soo fake, he is at least a good singer, whereas Himani is losing her singing ability in my opinion.

I agree with your judgment of Himani right now. She was superb on C2005, but her singing on Antakshari is average at best. I am a die hard fan of hers but I don't think she can even attempt any of her best songs (Chitthiye, Jiya Dhadak, or Oopar Khuda) any more.

Himani appeared to be singing a song, where as Raja's redition was flawless....he was too involved in the song and that made all the difference.

Also heard the original by Lataji, it was not all that slow paced and with normal emotion. Why Himani was dragging it to Hell. Mostly this pace is for learning mode so that you can get to the correct Sur. I think thats the catch.

Though we cannot compare .......still Raja is best

there is no comparison 😡 !!
Himani sounds ordinary...Raja sounds extraordinary
He has sung intricate notes with such a finesse!!
Beauty is that after listening to it once you can't stop urself froml istening it again and again.
