Hi Sush great post as usual and Shweta fab collages
The first scene, I find it very hard to relate to Saahir. He is becoming this not relatable and money minded person. So why does he not like it when Zaki speaks of Arzoo? Is it because she is one hurdle in his business deal or because he subconsciously might have feelings for her, which he wishes to deny? I find it hard to believe he has even genuinely fallen for Arzoo because if this is what he can do to someone he loves than god bless those on his bad side. The breaking of another candle case? Is there anything he is sparing now a days?
Coming to the scene in the hospital, it was the scene I found most striking. I began to wonder what is Saahir gaining out becoming so rich? Does he want to prove to her what she missed out on? Him being obsessed with this business deal just proves to Zeenat that she succeeded in getting under his skin 7 years back. That he has not been able to move on the seven years? I don't think this really portrays him as a strong character by any means. He in fact has become just like her money-minded, cunning and conniving! Even willing to cheat someone and play with their feelings in order for money. I couldn't find an ounce of sympathy for him watching that scene. I know CVs are showing how his past is responsible for it. All I saw was a husband whose wife got under his skin and he was willing to go anything to gratify his damaged pride.
A real way to come out victorious is prove to Zeenat that money is not everything in life. There is love, there is emotion. Look where trying to fulfill her challenge has gotten him in 7 years? A money-minded loner that will to go to any extent to fulfill this challenge. That includes burning factories and playing with human emotion. He should have showed her that her words had no impact on him. He was happy and strong enough to come out of her haunting memories but clearly he wasn't. I am slowly losing all the respect I had gathered for him in the past few months. I don't even know how Alvira plans to justify her claim that Saahir really is not a bad person deep down to Arzoo? He proved to be just like Zeenat?
Also Saahir is also going to destroy his own brother's life. He is so focused on separating Zaki and Arzoo who aren't really even together? He made no effort find out what type of girl Samaira might be? Yeah she might be a mirror image of Zaki? They might deserve each other even. But are two spoiled brats compatible? Are they a good influence on each other? I can already imagine them pulling each others hair out on the first night of the wedding itself?

Hi Red ,
Lovely post ...let's not jump the gun ...we have yet to see Saahir's past just getting glimpses is not fair to jump to conclusions yet . Yes, I agree his actions does look bad right now , but I trust the CV's will justify them.
I made this for you , hope you like it π
