I missed Jatin today

Who would have thought after just 2 episodes he would have made his place in the show. I cnt wait to see more of him in the show and I wonder if this is gona be a cameo or if he is gona stay and who is gona be paired with him. And why is Ria his doctor I hope he aint sick.
