Hi All,

I'm posting today to vent my frustration with the current track. I mean no offense to anyone - just expressing my view points to generate a healthy discussion.

My current grievience is regarding the Kritika track. I just don't understand the point of this character. The whole show revolved around DD and Roshni's relationship how they fail to see eye to eye. DD is hard, unaffectionate and seemingly unemotional with a load of arrogance. Roshni on the other hand is very sweet, loving and in search of motherly love. Roshni feels money makes people the way her mother is and there for craves for a middle class existence. Enter dashing charming mega rich Sid who falls in love with Roshni under a false identity as he fears losing her if she finds out he's rich.

While I really can't stand this stupid game Sid is playing with hiding his identity, getting his parents involved etc - that's an entirely different discussion. Today I want to talk about Kritika.

What exactly is the purpose of this character? The show is called "Jamai Raja" so what we'll have another jamai for the Khurana household to smooth things over? As it is Sid is working hard at making things better for Roshni and DD which was supposed to be the focus of this show.

The whole Rajveer angle was pretty dumb too - why is it to prove or reiterate that Sid is a good guy we have to see a "bad" jamai. Sorry but that's a copout in my opinion. Thats like saying "hey i never really liked you but now that i've seen how bad jamais can be i guess i'll take you"

The show seems to be losing ground - I hope CVs turn this around fast before it goes beyond a point of no return.

Exactly my point. Very good post👏. I'm happy to see someone else sharing the same viewpoint. Kritika track is the worst track CVs have came up with. It is a parallel track which has no integration into the main story. It is the most useless track. I have started changing the channel when Kritika Simran drama starts and I'm really frustrated with this track.😡. Even if she is made positive, no one would like the track with Simran always doing 'meri beti, meri beti' jaap and going against everyone.

Cv's have brought in so many irritating characters like RV, Sam, Kritika etc but now I find Simran most irritating. In RV track atleast I could see a logic, but with this track I see no logic at all.

The Trp's are showing its downward trend and if CVs continue with these useless tracks, they would surely loose loyal audience, as Tarak Mehta and Udaan are doing well. Hope they realize it before its too late
